Paklenica – a beautiful and big climbing area close to the Adriatic Coast

• Includes 3 areas outside of the park, which are Vaganac, Vranjaca and Karin.
The multi-pitch routes at Paklenica are a mixture of sport routes and traditional routes (requiring cams and nuts). However the guidebook indicates this at the start of each route, and often (especially the easier routes) there is at combination of bolted protection and traditional protection on the same route.
All the routes are shown on colour photo topos, and most of the multi-pitch routes have an additional topo diagram. Each pitch is graded (using French grades) along with the overall length of the route.
