Nord-Trøndelag selected climbs describes some of the most popular climbing destinations in Nord-Trøndelag. The book represents about 450 climbingroutes divided on 8 craggs. The crags described is as follow:  Bertnem (Overhalla municipality), Einvikfjellet, Glasøyfjellet, Hanshallaren, Kvernhusskaret, Sandmælen (Flatanger municipality), Frigården, and Hell (Stjørdal municipality)
The climbing is versatile and varies in formation and difficulty. The quality of stone in combination with good climate makes Nord-Trøndelag appear as a climbingmekka for professional climbers as well as familyclimbing.
All chapters in the book has approach in both Norwegian and English. All chapters have many photos for inspiration.
